Welcome to Zephyra Consulting. By accessing our website and engaging with our coaching and consulting services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Zephyra Consulting ("we", "us", "our") and you ("the client").

1. Professional Services

Zephyra Consulting provides leadership development, strategic planning, and personal growth coaching. While we strive for excellence and results, results from coaching and consulting are dependent on the client’s commitment and environmental factors. We do not provide legal, financial, or psychological medical advice.

2. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All coaching sessions and business strategies shared during our engagement are treated with the strictest confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law or in cases of clear and imminent danger to the client or others.

3. Payment and Cancellations

Service fees are outlined in individual proposals or service agreements. Payments must be made via the methods specified. Cancellations for scheduled coaching sessions require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Subscriptions for long-term consulting require 30 days' written notice for termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, worksheets, and strategic frameworks provided by Zephyra Consulting are the intellectual property of Zephyra Consulting. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal or internal business growth but may not redistribute them for commercial gain.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zephyra Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK and Ireland.
